is a Philadelphia based real estate company that consults on, creates and manages real estate. We take a comprehensive approach to serving our customer’s missions through real estate, and we have developed some of the region’s most complex and successful projects. In addition to projects for our own account we are regularly engaged to help others manage the development of their projects. We built Lenfest Hall at the Curtis Institute of Music, we are building the new practice facility for the Philadelphia 76ers and we managed the complete redevelopment of the 750,000 sq. ft. 833 Chestnut in Philadelphia.

Other AthenianRazak Projects

833 Chestnut

AthenianRazak led the redevelopment of 833 Chestnut, a 750,000 sq. ft. property. We led a $42 million renovation of the historic structure that increased occupancy from 27% to 92%. The renovation included common area finishes, installation of highly technical data centers, and a recreation of the historic cast iron storefronts — all with the building occupied.

Curtis Institute of Music

AthenianRazak acted as Development Manager for a major expansion of the Curtis Institute of Music, delivering a LEED Gold facility and a host of community awards. We created a highly-collaborative development process, from zoning and approvals to design and construction, and led the team to over $12 million in savings while improving the building’s constructability and functionality.

76ers Training Facility

AthenianRazak is Development Manager for the Philadelphia 76ers new state-of-the-art Training Center on the Camden Waterfront. AthenianRazak helped secure financing, including a Grow NJ incentive package and is leading the design and construction team to build the largest and most advanced facility in the league. This will, of course, help them win.
